Cardinal McCloskey Services, a well respected not for profit social service agency, is recruiting for the position of Help Desk Technical Level I.
The Help Desk technician is responsible to:
troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including hardware, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems
maintain inventory of equipment and supplies using Visio and other applications
maintain backup and restore all network files using SonicWall CDP`s
must have the ability to analyze a user`s problem, determine the probable cause, and route it to the proper technical or third party vendor
track software licenses to verify compliance
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
A+ CERTIFICATION
MCP
TIER 1 SUPPORT
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA AND TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH SOFTWARE IN A NETWORKED ENVIORNMENT
GOOD WRITTEN AND VERBAL SKILLS
ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST PACED CHANGING ENVIORNMENT
MUST HAVE DRIVER`S LICENSE - USE OF OWN CAR IS REQUIRED
